Cristina Sánchez Jiménez

Cristina Sánchez Jiménez has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Cristina currently holds the position of Global Head of SecOps Retention & Expansion team at Google since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Chronicle starting from September 2018. Before Chronicle, they were a Customer Success Specialist at JFrog from January 2018 to September 2018. From June 2017 to December 2017, they worked as a Manager for the SaaS Customer Success Team at Micro Focus. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Sr. SaaS Customer Success Manager from November 2015 to June 2017 and SaaS Customer Success Manager from January 2015 to November 2015. At HP, they also held roles such as EMEA SaaS Renewal Sales Rep, SW Renewal Sales Rep, and Software Partner Account Manager. Before their time at HP, Cristina had an internship at Telefónica in 2006 and worked on a master-thesis at EADS Astrium from May 2006 to October 2006. Cristina also had an internship at Vodafone D2 GmbH from October 2005 to April 2006.

Cristina Sánchez Jiménez's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., which they obtained from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology, specializing in INFOTECH, at the University of Stuttgart from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, they hold a MEng degree in Telecommunication from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 2000 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Cristina Sánchez Jiménez has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance in June 2016.
