Sophie THIAM is an experienced Talent & Culture Manager, currently serving at ChrysaLabs since June 2022 while also being the Founder & Coach at SmartProfill since February 2021, where personalized career coaching services are offered. Previously, Sophie has held various HR leadership roles, including Directrice des ressources humaines at Axium Infrastructure and Responsable des Ressources Humaines at AZUR Group inc. Additional experience includes positions at Clinique Evolution, Croix-Rouge canadienne, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Addenda Capital inc., and Samuelsohn Ltd., covering recruitment and HR assistance. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from UQAM, obtained in 2011.
