Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at CHSI is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations to support the organization's mission of providing community health services. The team works to maintain a positive work environment and address any workforce-related issues across CHSI’s six community health centers.
