Adam Childs

Adam Childs is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Operations at CHS Inc. since March 2022, Adam previously held the position of Business Unit Leader - Operations at Bayer Crop Science from April 2017 to March 2022. Prior to that, Adam spent over 15 years at Martin Engineering, where roles included Director of Operations, Division Manager for the Vibration Business Group, and various managerial positions in operations and engineering. Adam holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Illinois University, as well as multiple certificates in Lean Operations Management and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Adam's educational foundation began with a high school diploma from Annawan High School.
