Dayton Jagiela

Dayton Jagiela serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Ag Product Manager at iRely since January 2021, following a significant tenure at Cultura Technologies from January 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing research and development initiatives from concept to commercialization. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Scoular, overseeing a grain loading facility, and Plant Manager at both Farmers Cooperative Company and Cargill, managing various grain storage facilities. Dayton holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food, and Business Management from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Illinois Springfield.
