Jessi Sletten

Jessi Sletten serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CHS Inc., leading HR initiatives for a $46 billion Fortune 100 company with a workforce of over 10,000 employees across the U.S. and 18 countries. Previously, Jessi was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sleep Number Corporation, overseeing recruitment for a $1.8 billion retail chain, and held various leadership roles in talent acquisition and HR operations at Park Nicollet Health Services and Target. Jessi began a career in human resources and talent management with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota and a graduate certificate in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
