Laurel Achen, MBA, is a seasoned benefits and total rewards professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Benefits at CHS Inc. since September 2021, Laurel previously held multiple roles at Red Wing Shoe Co. from May 2009 to September 2021, including Director of Total Rewards and Director of Employee Compensation & Benefits. Prior to that, Laurel worked at Park Nicollet Health Services from February 2002 to May 2009, advancing from Senior Benefits Analyst to Manager of Employee Benefits and Wellness. Laurel holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a degree from Valparaiso University.
