Richard Ramones

Richard Ramones currently serves as the Global Investigations Program Lead and Compliance Counsel at CHS Inc., where responsibilities include managing CHS's global investigations program and co-leading anti-money laundering initiatives. Previous roles at CHS include Senior Legal Counsel for investigations, employment litigation, and general liability matters, as well as serving as lead counsel for over 400 locations within the Country Operations/Ag-Retail business unit. Richard has held various legal positions in organizations such as Canadian Pacific Railway and Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad, and has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Richard earned a J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and holds a B.A. in History and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
