Kien Hou Tan

Kien Hou Tan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Kien serves as the Head of HR at Chubb since October 2024. Prior to this, Kien held the position of Senior Manager in the People Function at Genpact from 2019 to September 2024, and also served as a Manager in the same function. Kien's career highlights include a role as Human Resources Manager at Sunline from 2018 to 2019 and previous managerial positions at AM SALES & MARKETING SDN BHD as well as Akashi HR & Training. Kien holds a Bachelor Degree of Technology Management from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
