Kien Hou Tan

Kien Hou (Terrance) Tan is an experienced human resources professional with a background spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of HR at Chubb since October 2024, Kien has previously held significant positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Manager - People Function at Genpact from January 2019 to September 2024, as well as Human Resources Manager at Sunline International and AM SALES & MARKETING SDN BHD. Kien’s career in human resources began as an Assistant Manager at Akashi HR & Training from January 2010 to January 2014. Kien holds a Bachelor Degree of Technology Management from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, completed in January 2010.
