Ryan Quan-Chai

Ryan Quan-Chai is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for South Asia at Marsh since July 2012, Ryan oversees risk and compliance functions in Asia. Previously, Ryan held the position of Chief Compliance Officer for Africa at Marsh, managing compliance across eight African countries. Prior to Marsh, Ryan worked as a Compliance Manager at Absa, a Senior Compliance Officer at Alexander Forbes, and as a Compliance Officer at Masthead. Ryan's educational background includes an MBA from GIBS Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance from the University of Johannesburg, a CFP from the University of the Free State, and a B.Comm in Finance from the University of South Africa.
