Craig Williams has a diverse work experience history. Craig started their career at Deloitte UK in 2007 as a Senior IT Audit Consultant and later became an IT Audit and Technology Risk Senior Manager. During their time at Deloitte, they managed client portfolios, supported senior leadership, and conducted IT controls assessments. In 2017, they joined RSA as the Technology Senior Risk Leader, where they were responsible for monitoring and reporting on the control environment and compliance to IT policies. In 2022, they became the Head of IT General Control, UK & International at RSA, overseeing an IT SOx control validation program. Additionally, Craig serves as the President of the Sports Skills for Life Skills Alumni Network, a not-for-profit organization focused on creating opportunities and solving societal challenges.
Craig Williams attended the University of the Western Cape from 2001 to 2006, where they received a BComm (Honours) degree in Information Systems. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rondebosch Boys' High School from 1999 to 2000, obtaining a Matric certificate. In addition to their formal education, Craig has also obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation, CobIT5 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
