Peter Calleo

Peter Calleo has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Peter started their career as a Corporate Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges in 2000. From 2003 to 2013, they held various roles at Arch Insurance Group, including Assistant Vice President & Counsel, Vice President, Counsel & Assistant Secretary, and Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary. In 2013, they joined RPM International Inc. as the Division General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. In 2018, they worked as an External General Counsel/Senior Legal Advisor at Bliss Lawyers. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at Enstar Group, where they have held roles such as Vice President, Legal - Mergers, Acquisitions & Investments, Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel, M&A, Investments and Commercial Contracts, and Head of US Corporate Legal.

Peter Calleo is a highly educated individual with a strong background in education. Peter completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government, cum laude, from Villanova University. Peter further pursued their education at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) with distinction. During their high school years, Peter attended Chaminade High School and graduated with honors. Additionally, they hold a New York State Law License.
