Cptd Chrissy Colucci

Chrissy Colucci, CPTD has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Chrissy is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Chugach Alaska Corporation, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Union 1 Alaska, where they held multiple positions including Chief Culture Officer, Senior Vice President of Communications and Culture, Vice President of Communications and Culture, Senior Communications Manager, Community Engagement and Education Manager, and Community Engagement Director. Chrissy joined the credit union in November 2010 and left in November 2019. Before their tenure at Credit Union 1 Alaska, Chrissy served as the Director of Development at Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association from April 2004 to November 2010. Chrissy also worked as an Auction and Individual Giving Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Alaska from June 2002 to April 2004, and as a Development Assistant at Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center from August 2000 to June 2002.

Chrissy Colucci, CPTD, earned their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2014, they attended the Western CUNA Management School and completed a program in Credit Union Management, though the degree obtained is not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, Chrissy obtained the Certified Professional in Talent Development certification from the ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in June 2022. Additionally, in September 2009, they obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive certification from CFRE International.
