Andrew McClelland

Andrew McClelland is an experienced innovation consultant and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the food and wellness sectors. Currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at Church Brothers Farms, Andrew also founded Idea That Consulting, providing consumer insights and strategic support to emerging companies since 2012. Previous roles include Innovation Consultant positions at Braga Fresh Family Farms and Earthbound Farm, where Andrew managed the successful re-opening of a flagship Organic Farm Stand and Café. Additionally, Andrew held significant positions at Dole Fresh Vegetables as Director of Innovations, and at Chiquita/Fresh Express as Senior Manager - Salad Innovations, where groundbreaking work in packaged salads was accomplished. Earlier career experiences include New Products Manager roles at Stolt Sea Farm and Cott Beverages, focusing on product development in the beverage and aquaculture industries. Andrew holds a BBM in Marketing from Ryerson University.
