Victoria Hughes

Victoria Hughes is a skilled creative professional with a diverse background in production, branding, and social media management. Currently serving as a Creative Assistant at Big Loud since January 2024, Victoria previously held the role of Creative Intern at the same company. As a Creative Consultant and Brand Manager at Sherman James Productions from November 2021 to June 2023, Victoria oversaw creative design for notable artists and managed branding strategies. Additional experience includes working as a Production Assistant for NBCUniversal's "The Voice," where administrative support and contestant coordination were key responsibilities, as well as a Summer Program Group Leader for Daybreak Youth, facilitating community outreach programs.
