Later, Allison worked at Johnson & Johnson from 1995 to December 2014, holding positions as Associate Director for Shopper Insights and Market Research. Currently, Allison is the Manager of Pricing Analytics at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. since December 2016. In this role, Allison works closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop pricing strategies for new and existing products incorporating various factors such as consumer data, brand equity, and financial goals.
