Charmaine Rautenbach

Charmaine Rautenbach is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Director for APAC at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., since June 2021, Charmaine has previously held senior HR positions at Weir Minerals, Vopak, and NPC, where responsibilities included implementing HR processes, leading regional operations, and overseeing HR functions across diverse sectors such as manufacturing and mining. Charmaine also has consulting experience as a Strategic HR Consultant with HR Puzzle Solve and started as an HR Advisor at International Transport Corporation. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Management from the University of South Africa, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and Industrial Psychology.
