Jason Wilds

Jason Wilds has held various leadership roles in product development and research and development at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since June 2008, currently serving as the Director of Product Development for Personal Care and Specialty Hair and Skin Care. Jason has been instrumental in leading global portfolio management, driving innovation metrics, and implementing Lean Six Sigma strategies. Previous positions include Director of Global R&D Strategy, Director of R&D PMO & LSS, and Program Manager for Engineering & Lean Six Sigma. Prior to Church & Dwight, Jason worked as a Sr. Quality Engineer at First Quality and Covidien. Jason holds an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
