Nancy L. Sanborn

Nancy Sanborn currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Church Pension Group, a position held since November 2011. Prior to this role, Nancy Sanborn was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 1991 to November 2011, specializing in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and distressed acquisitions. Additionally, Nancy Sanborn worked at JPMorgan from September 1980 to August 1988, where experience included roles in the Special Loan Department and Petroleum Department. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bowdoin College. Nancy Sanborn is a graduate of Simsbury High School.
