Sajith Ranasinghe

Sajith Ranasinghe has over two decades of experience in real estate and alternative asset investments, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate, Managing Director, and AVP at Church Pension Group since April 2007. Prior roles include Senior Investment Associate with a focus on Asia Investments and Alt Asset Analyst - Investment Associate, emphasizing real estate, energy, and private equity. Earlier in the career, Sajith worked as a Research Associate at Cambridge Associates, conducting manager research on REITs and energy equity. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
