Ted Elias

Ted Elias is the EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at Church Pension Group. Prior to joining Church Pension Group, Ted Elias served as the Talent Director at Motorola Solutions from January 2013 until December 2014. From January 2005 until December 2012, Ted Elias was the Director of Talent Management at TIAA-CREF where they provided strategic and tactical oversight on corporate Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives designed to identify, develop and retain critical talent. In their role as Director of Talent Management, Ted Elias designed and facilitated talent reviews, established Leadership Standards, created leadership assessment tools, coordinated executive coaching and employee survey action planning, managed an emerging leaders program and provided counsel to all levels on effectively developing talent.

Prior to their work at JPMorgan Chase, Ted Elias was the Manager of Business and Professional Training at Citibank from January 1987 until December 1990 and Team Manager at People Express Airlines from January 1981 until December 1987.
