Erica Cunningham

Erica serves as a Vice President on the private equity and junior capital team for Churchill Asset Management. Erica is focused on sourcing, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments in junior capital, equity co-investments and private equity funds. She joined Churchill’s parent organization, TIAA and subsequently Nuveen, in 2014. She has held multiple investment roles across TIAA’s alternatives strategies, including experience on the real asset infrastructure and energy private equity team and the middle market private equity and junior capital team. Erica started her career in the Structured Finance group at Deutsche Bank, where she focused on investments in mortgage-backed securities.

Erica graduated with dual Bachelor degrees in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University and has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
