Kim Dickey

Kim Dickey has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Kim most recently worked at Churchill Downs Incorporated as the VP Human Resources - Gaming Operations. Prior to that, they were the Global VP Human Resources - Food BU at Newell Brands and the Global VP HR - Energy & Sustainability Services/Sustainability Business Division at Schneider Electric. Kim also held leadership roles at Atria Senior Living, Siemens Industry US, Honeywell, Owens Corning, and American Air Filter. Kim'sexperience includes strategic oversight, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Kim Dickey holds a Bachelor's Degree from Centre College in Danville, KY. Kim also attended Highlands High School. Kim completed the Executive Integral Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Kim has obtained certifications in various areas. Kim completed the Executive Leadership Academy at Emory University's Goizueta Business School in 2022. Kim also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) obtained in 2012. Kim has additional certifications in the Lominger Competency Model, PHR (Professional in Human Resources), Strengths Based Leadership Coach and Facilitator, and Targeted Selection Administrator.
