Eric Stein, MS RD CCE, currently serves as the Head of International Culinary at Church's Texas Chicken, overseeing culinary strategy and menu innovation for approximately 800 restaurants across 26 countries. With a focus on promoting the unique flavors of Texas, Eric is also the Wellness Chef at Enlightened Flavors, LLC, where the mission is to highlight the deliciousness and nourishing aspects of food. Previous roles include Culinary Innovation Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, where Eric managed recipe development for a significant market segment, and Chef Instructor at several culinary institutions, including Virginia College and Johnson & Wales University, emphasizing the integration of nutrition in culinary arts. Eric's extensive experience in menu administration and recipe formulation is underscored by numerous presentations at prominent industry events. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and a Master's Degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition Education from Eastern Illinois University.
