Jerry West has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as General Manager at Chuy's Restaurants since March 2017. Previously, Jerry held the General Manager position at O’Reilly Hospitality Management’s Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar and AV8 Café from January 2015 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing operations until a family illness required a change in role. Earlier roles include General Manager at Chuy’s Tex Mex Restaurant, with quick promotion to 1st Assistant Manager, and a significant tenure at Heartland Hotel Corporation managing multiple units, including Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar. Jerry's career began at Cracker Barrel, where development through various management roles led to a General Manager position, and included previous experience as General Manager at Arby’s Roast Beef. Jerry earned a high school diploma from High Desert High.
