Michael Hatcher has served as our Vice President of Real Estate and Development since November 2009.
Michael joined Chuy's as a restaurant manager in 1987 and was promoted to General Manager from 1989 to 2002. He was Director of Purchasing and Real Estate from 2002 to 2009.
