The role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead our Corporate Sales Team. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for coaching and managing a diverse team of sales professionals of different ages, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to handle pressure, and possess excellent leadership and coaching skills.

What you will do:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance objectives. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and performance. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.

  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals. Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members achieve their individual and team goals. Create and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.

  • Results-Orientation: Set challenging sales targets and goals for the team and hold team members accountable for their performance. Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards targets. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with corporate clients.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of individuals of different ages and backgrounds.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, senior management, and customers.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Master’s degree desirable.

  • Advanced English level.

  • CRM Management (Salesforce desirable).
