Nathaniel Picard

Nathaniel Picard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at CIANBRO since March 2019, where the focus is on integrating Operational Excellence, Lean Construction concepts, and a Continuous Improvement mindset into daily practices. Prior to this role, Nathaniel Picard held various leadership positions, including Factory Manager at Modula USA, managing over 50 personnel and overseeing the manufacturing of industrial storage solutions. Nathaniel Picard also guided critical data conversion processes at GE Power as an MES & ERP Data Expert and led production control efforts for steam and gas turbine manufacturing. With a military background as a United States Marine Corps Officer and Armor Platoon Commander, Nathaniel Picard has extensive operational leadership experience, complemented by a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
