Tanya Barberic

Tanya Barberic has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Tanya started their career at Nortel, where they held various roles such as HR Generalist, Benefits Advisor, Manager of Executive Compensation, and HR Specialist. In 2008, they joined CIBC Mellon as the Director of Total Rewards. Tanya then moved to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2010, where they served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits. Currently, Tanya serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at CIBC Mellon, a position they have held since 2015.

Tanya Barberic obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Honours Business Administration degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in Organizational Behaviour & Marketing with a minor in Psychology from 1991 to 1995.
