Michelle Way

Michelle Way is a Managing Director at Element Fleet Management since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle Way held various positions at CIBC from March 2015, including Vice President of Business Banking, Market Vice President, and District Vice President. Michelle Way also served as District Vice President at TD Bank from March 2007 to 2014. Michelle Way earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
