What you’ll do:

As part of the CIBO Finance Team, you’ll play a vital role in our organization by performing a broad spectrum of accounting duties such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month end.

  • Accounts Payable - Utilizing a P.O. approval process, manage the end to end AP cycle from P.O. approval through invoice payment.
  • Accounts Receivable - Utilizing NetSuite invoicing, process monthly invoicing for all customers and receive and apply cash receipts.
  • Create journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and review financial statement accuracy.
  • Prepare summary financial statements and bank compliance documentation.
  • Maintain employee records in NetSuite and Bamboo.
  • Process bi-monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with Federal and State tax codes, insurance deductions and 401(k) contributions.
  • Manage Travel expenses and Travel contractor relationships.
  • Drive improvement and efficiencies in all existing accounting processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Good understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Experience in a payroll position.
  • Familiarity with tax and wage laws.
  • Experience in a SaaS business environment is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, including accounting and payroll software, Excel, and NetSuite.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and take on special projects as requested.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across the organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
