Rachel Amancio

Rachel Amancio is currently the People Development Manager at Cibra, where Rachel is responsible for promoting the best employee experience through the implementation of the Corporate University. Prior to this, Rachel held roles such as Talent, Development and Culture Head at Holcim and Human Resources Manager at Belden Inc. Rachel has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and organizational culture. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from USP and has a degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
