Veera Srinivasan

Veera Srinivasan's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Veera is currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at CIBT, where they are leading a technology transformation initiative. In this role, they are responsible for migrating to the cloud, developing an API strategy, implementing DevSecOps, and creating SaaS applications for the Immigration business.

Veera also played a crucial role in architecting and designing the company's internal and customer-facing applications, including building the iOS development team from scratch and delivering the first-ever mobile application.

Earlier in their career, Veera spent time at Honeywell and Honeywell Hi-Spec. At Honeywell, they served as the Engineering Manager for Global Product Development, driving the product development strategy for a large-scale enterprise application suite. Veera also held the position of Development Manager for Software Infrastructure, where they led the design and development of multiple software products and built and managed world-class global development teams. At Honeywell Hi-Spec, Veera worked as a Sr. Principal Engineer, leading the design, development, and administration of a web application platform/infrastructure.

Veera Srinivasan also holds a certification in AWS Certified Security – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in January 2022, and certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner obtained in September 2021 and July 2021 respectively. They also obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2021.
