Todd Oosterveen

Todd Oosterveen has over 20 years of experience in information technology. Todd is currently working as the Vice President of Information Technology at CIBT since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Challenger as the Senior Director of IT from 2019 to 2023. At Challenger, they successfully built and led the entire IT operations team and implemented a comprehensive security strategy.

Before their role at Challenger, Todd worked at SHRM, where they held various positions from 2005 to 2018. Todd started as a Network Administrator and gradually progressed to become the Director of Technology Infrastructure. During their time at SHRM, Todd completed multiple data center migrations and successfully migrated a data center from on-site to multiple off-site locations.

Earlier in their career, Todd worked at Deloitte as an IT Consultant in 2005, where they consulted on high-impact projects for federal agencies. Todd also worked at SunGuard Collegis @ St. John Fisher College and STI Technologies Inc. as a Network/System Administrator, where they managed and maintained network infrastructure and implemented new systems.

Todd holds a Systems Analyst Graduate Assistant role at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2002 where they monitored and maintained Windows and Apple desktop and server infrastructure. Throughout their career, Todd has achieved various accomplishments, including cost savings through data center migrations, the implementation of new security measures, and the build-out and upgrade of network infrastructure.

Todd Oosterveen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology and a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon. Todd also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM), which they obtained in 2017.
