Patrick Gylling

Patrick Gylling is an experienced executive in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Partner and CEO at Sirius Capital Partners since June 2014, where the focus is on opportunistic and value-add real estate investments in Finland. Gylling also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) since March 2018 and has been a Board Member at Livränteanstalten Hereditas Ab since May 2012 and previously at Nyfosa AB from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Gylling was a Partner at Sveafastigheter and HGR Property Partners, and gained foundational experience as an Associate at Advium Corporate Finance and an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Gylling holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Hanken School of Economics and studied at emlyon business school.
