Noelia Nieves

Noelia Nieves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project control, cost management, and sales operations. Currently serving as a Project Control specialist at CIC Construction Group since July 2022, Noelia's previous roles include Amazon Flex and Sales Operations Analyst at MARS Caribe y Centroamérica. Earlier in the career, Noelia worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Nestlé and held an Assistant General Manager position at Ferrero, where responsibilities included supporting executive leadership and managing personnel files. Noelia began the professional journey in customer service at Macy's and holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Universidad de Puerto Rico- Recinto de Bayamón.
