Joanna Kołodziejczyk

Joanna Kołodziejczyk has a variety of work experience in different industries. Joanna began their career as a Student Intern at Prokuratoria Generalna Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej in 2014, where they also worked as an Inspector and later as an Assistant. In 2017, they became a Certified Wedding Consultant. From 2017 to 2021, Joanna worked at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., initially as a Junior Offset Specialist, then as an Offset Specialist, and finally as a Senior Offset Specialist. In 2021, they joined Spotawheel as a Junior HR Generalist, where they were responsible for recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding coordination, employer branding, benefits management, policy implementation and updates, internal communication, and HR administration. Currently, Joanna is working as a Human Resources Coordinator at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) starting from August 2022.

Joanna Kołodziejczyk attended the University of Warsaw from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) degree in Prawo (Law). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from APMG International in March 2017, an Internet Marketing Course from Google in 2018, and a Wedding Consultant certification from Wytwórnia Ślubów in 2018. Joanna also completed a Training: project management in IT course at INCO in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Trener Microsoft 365 certification from Damian Wróblewski, with an expected completion year of 2022.
