Chloe Champagne

Chloe Champagne is a professional with extensive experience in administration and project management, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Cicatelli Associates Inc since September 2017, where previously held positions included Program Coordinator and Program Associate. Prior experience includes an internship at Human Rights First, where Chloe conducted asylum screenings and assisted with research on human rights issues, and an outbound program internship at Youth For Understanding Chile, focusing on student documentation and feedback collection. Chloe also interned at the Environmental Law Institute, contributing to donor outreach and event planning. Academically, Chloe holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a concentration in Human Rights, Identity, Race, Gender, and Culture from American University.
