About

The board of directors at CICOA has a long history of experience in the social services and healthcare industries. Many of the members have worked as counselors and assistants in various settings, such as nursing homes, hospitals, and senior living communities. In addition, several members have also interned with organizations dedicated to supporting those with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments. Currently, the board is responsible for overseeing the payment process for the company and dispute resolution.
