Vice President Strategic Sales And Business Development at Cicor

Michele Stampanoni has a diverse work experience in the electronics industry. Michele started their career as a Research Assistant at ETH Zurich in 1985 and later worked as a Postdoc Scientist at IBM Research from 1989 to 1991. Michele then joined Apple Computer in 1992, where they held various positions until 1997. Stampanoni then worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at DYCONEX from 1997 to 2005, exporting high-tech Printed Circuit Boards to the USA, Europe, and Asia. Michele then joined Cicor Group in 2005 as the Vice President of Business Development, responsible for providing outsourcing services and technology solutions to clients in Europe, America, and Asia. In 2012, they moved to SOMACIS as the Head of Strategic Marketing until 2016, when they returned to Cicor Group as the Vice President of Strategic Sales and Business Development. Additionally, Stampanoni has been a Member of the Board at the European Institute of Printed Circuits- EIPC Services BV since 2013.

Michele Stampanoni obtained their Scientific Matura from Liceo Cantonale Mendrisio in 1980. From 1980 to 1985, they pursued a degree in Mathematics and Physics at ETH Zürich, earning their Dipl. Phys. ETH. Michele then continued their studies at ETH Zürich from 1985 to 1989, specializing in Solid State Physics and obtaining a Doctorate degree (Dr. sc. nat.).
