Richard Gary

Richard Gary currently serves as the Dean of Students at CICS Ralph Ellison, focusing on campus safety and enhancing the school climate. Previously, Richard held similar roles at Chicago Collegiate Charter School and LEARN Charter School Network, where responsibilities included fostering a culture of achievement and maintaining high disciplinary standards. Richard's experience spans from a Behavior Interventionist and Paraprofessional/Disciplinarian to roles in marketing and logistics with Game Seven Marketing and AT&T. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Chicago State University and has an educational background from Eastern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University.
