Waylon Medaris is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the uniform and apparel industry. As Co-Founder and Coach at Uniform Coach since September 2024, Waylon is dedicated to transforming the at-work uniform sector through educational initiatives and community engagement. Previously, Waylon served as Director of Sales and Territory Sales Manager at CID Resources, Inc., and held leadership roles at American Contractor and Scrubs On Wheels, overseeing significant sales operations and marketing campaigns. As CEO of TJ Uniforms, Waylon focused on enhancing branding and uniformity in healthcare settings. Waylon's career began in advertising and marketing with Freedom Communications Inc. and is supported by education from Indiana Bible College and Ivy Tech Community College.
