Gabriela-Roxana Barbulescu has a strong background in quality assurance and management roles within the biotechnology industry. Gabriela-Roxana began their career in 2010 as a Quality Assurance Assistant and later took on the role of Clinical Trial Coordinator-Biologist at CIDP Biotechnology S.R.L. Gabriela-Roxana then transitioned to CIDP Riotechnology S.R.L. as a Senior Quality Assurance Assistant before returning to CIDP Biotechnology S.R.L. as a Quality Assurance Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems and ensuring operational safety. Most recently, Gabriela-Roxana Barbulescu has been working as the Managing Director at CIDP BIOTECHNOLOGY SRL since 2018.

Gabriela-Roxana also ventured into the field of clinical trials. Gabriela-Roxana underwent training in ICH-GCP (International Conference on Harmonization - Good Clinical Practice) in English in 2014 from Whitehall training. In 2016, they completed the GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus) program through the COLLABORATIVE INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING INITIATIVE (CITI PROGRAM).
Furthermore, Gabriela-Roxana Barbulescu has developed their communication skills by attending a Communication Skills course at TUV Austria Romania in 2015. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a Certificate of English language skills from Dimitrie Bolintineanu High School in Bucharest, Romania.
