We’re seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager who excels at facilitating client success.

 

How you’ll make an impact:  

  • Relationships: build strong customer relationships based on trust and expertise. 
  • Maintain accounts: Utilize your industry knowledge to ensure continued partnerships. 
  • New business: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and uncover future opportunities for product enhancement and customer success.
