As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. We're looking for an energetic, results-driven individual eager to directly influence revenue and shape the future of our market presence. Your efforts will not only lead to significant sales achievements but also contribute to strategic initiatives that propel us forward. 

Your Impact 

  • Lead Generation: Directly influence the effectiveness of our sales funnel by finding quality leads. 
  • Pipeline Growth: Create a consistent and predictable sales pipeline by nurturing leads. 
  • Feedback Loop Improvement: Improve customer satisfaction by helping to refine product offerings based on their feedback.  
  • Lead the charge in sales prospecting by initiating contact, qualifying leads, and seamlessly integrating prospects into the sales funnel. 
  • Facilitate the sales cycle by providing essential support to the Executive and Sales teams, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process. 
  • Uphold the integrity of the CRM database, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of client and prospect interactions. 
  • Secure client meetings and product demonstrations with Account Executives. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, informing sales strategies and targeting efforts. 
  • Engage in continuous learning about products and services to enhance sales conversations and positioning. 
  • Refine lead generation strategies and contribute to content that supports sales efforts. 
     

What We're Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership in a start-up environment 
  • Collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Creative thinker 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar tool is preferred 
  • Experience working in government or public sector sales is preferred
