We are an early-stage start-up specializing in unlocking customer information across luxury car dealerships via Salesforce. Our mission is to revolutionize customer relationship management in this industry through niche tech solutions. 

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead the successful implementation and execution of projects related to Salesforce app initiatives. As an early hire, your contributions will have a significant impact on the company's success and direction.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects from inception to completion. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales representatives, and customer support, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables. 
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. 
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and CRM best practices, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce and CRM projects, preferably in a start-up or technology-driven environment. 
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and administration. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and methodologies. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unambiguous work environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
     

Compensation: 

  • $56 - $65/hr
