Rahul Dev J

Rahul Dev J has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Rahul started their career in Odyssey India Ltd. as the Head of Business Development - B2B from 2005 to 2007. Rahul then worked at Collabera as Head Inside Sales - NA, EU, where they played a key role in developing a sales team and sourcing business for SAP services. From 2008 to 2018, they were the Managing Partner at Campustore and UMS global, respectively. During this time, they gained experience in managing partnerships and overseeing business operations. In 2009, Rahul joined Edenred (Accor Services) as the Sr. Manager - Business Development & Loyalty Consultant. Rahul was responsible for business development and loyalty programs for South India. In 2018, they joined CIEL HR Services as the Head of Business Development, providing staffing solutions to HR leaders. Later in the same year, they became the Director at Avantech Business Solutions Pvt ltd, where they were involved in branding and loyalty programs for various clients across different locations. Rahul then returned to CIEL HR as the Head Of Business Development for S. India. Overall, Rahul Dev J has a strong background in business development and sales, with experience in managing partnerships and executing marketing strategies.

Rahul Dev J completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Institute of Management in Kerala from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1998, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Mar Ivanios. Earlier, from 1983 to 1993, they attended Loyola School in Thiruvananthapuram.
