Christian Scandella

Christian Scandella is the SVP of Latin America at Cielo. Prior to their current position, Christian was with IBM for six years, first as the Global Project Launch Executive for RPO and then as the Regional Director for LATAM. In their role at IBM, Christian was responsible for designing and delivering to internal customer SLA’s, monthly and quarterly business metrics, management of Operations Managers, Team Leads and Staff, partnering closely with Kenexa technology lead, Divisional Business Partners, IT, trainers and others for COE delivery purposes, and consulting with internal clients in identifying system/process enhancements necessary to better align the solution with their business goals, including prioritizing those enhancements needed to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Since joining Cielo in 2015, Christian has been instrumental in growing the company’s presence in Latin America. Under their leadership, Cielo has expanded its operations in the region and established itself as a leading provider of outsourced HR services. Christian’s deep understanding of the Latin American market and their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service have been key to Cielo’s success in the region.
