Matt Jones

Matt Jones is the SVP of Global Operations at Cielo. Prior to their current role, Matt was the Head of Implementation and Service Excellence at Ochre House from October 2010 to January 2014. Ochre House is the leading international partner for strategic talent management.

Before their role at Ochre House, Matt was a Senior Recruitment Advisor / Resourcing Business Partner at Paramount Restaurants (Ochre House Outsourced) from August 2008 to September 2009. In their role at Paramount, Matt was responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of talent for the restaurant chain.

Matt has extensive experience in talent management, recruitment outsourcing, HR consulting, executive search outsourcing, cross-boarder talent management, and recruitment process outsourcing. Matt is a specialist in tailoring solutions to the individual circumstances, aims, and requirements of their clients.

Matt Jones has a BSC in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Exeter, and A levels in A levels from Richard Huish College.

Matt Jones reports to Marissa Geist, Chief Executive Officer. Matt Jones works with Sally Hunter - EVP, Europe, Middle East & Africa Client Services, Daniel Liu - VP, China, and Seb O’Connell - President, EMEA & APAC.
