Dawn Rauhe

Dawn Rauhe currently serves as the Global Vice President of Client Services at Cielo Talent since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rauhe held several positions at AMS, including Global SVP & Head of Client Services for Pharma and Life Sciences, as well as Americas Head of Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, managing a team of over 80 professionals. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant for Global RPO Programs at IBM, where Rauhe led change management strategies, and as Director of Talent Acquisition at American Greetings, focusing on enhancing recruitment strategies. Additionally, Rauhe has held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition at KeyBank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of Wooster and a college preparatory diploma from Magnificat High School.
